(This article highlights the most important research results obtained in the AMOUSE-project. It was published on April 21, 2009 by CORDIS, the European Commission's official information service for Research & Development on their "Technology Marketplace"-site thus selecting the technology emerging from our research results for special promotion; possibly, later there will also be a publication in CORDIS' colour magazine "Technolgy Opportunities Today".)
